Step 1-Unplug the coffee machine.

Step 2- Remove the four screws at the rear of the machine; you will need a pair of pliers to do this.

Step 3- Remove the hinged lids on both sides.

Step 4-looking down from the top and to the front, you will see a Phillips screw on either side, remove these and the top will come off; you will then see the channels that the coffee runs from the machine now just use a piece of suitable material to clean the pipe.

Step 1-Take a thermal carafe and ­filter basket out of the appliance.

Step 2-Raise the lid of the water tank and pour the required amount of fresh cold water into the tank.

Step 3-Fold over the seamed edges of a # 4 paper filter and place it in the ­filter basket.

Step 4-Scoop the ground coffee into the paper ­filter. The recommendation would be one level scoop of coffee per cup or vary according to taste.

Step 5- Place the filter basket on the thermal carafe (without lid) and put both backs into the appliance.

Step 6- Switch the appliance on – the on/o switch lights up, showing that the machine is operating.

Step 7-After the ending of the brewing process, remove the carafe with brewed coffee and the ­filter basket from the appliance. Dispose of the used filter ­, rinse the filter ­ basket out, and set aside to dry.

Step 8-Tighten the thermal carafe lid on the thermal carafe.

Step 9-For pouring coffee from the thermal carafe, press the lever on the carafe lid. The lid must be tightened fully for one-hand operation

Step 10-The appliance is equipped with an automatic shut o function which switches the machine o after approx.15 minutes. The device can be switched o manual anytime by using the on/o switch.
