- 2500-4000 Square feet
- High Visibility, street-front exposures, END-CAP or PAD locations
- Patio seating
- 15,000 Daytime / 20,000 resident population within one mile
- Quality QSR food, entertainment centers, coffee & lifestyle retail
- Co-tenancy preferred
